Extremely pissed off.  Bought an MD-802 about a year ago.  Figured I would update the software before the updates turned off.  Took about 3 days to update (again).  Now, I hook it up to my car and it's stuck on the "waiting to connect" screen again.  WTF is wrong with your software / updates?  Sorry for the language,  but if you waited that long for updates to have it not work, you would be pissed too.  How can this be resolved?

 Also, as a side note, anything related to "benz", "sprinter", or "smart" takes an unbelievable amount of time to install.
